Before you book
- 01Under 18? A parent or guardian books and stays.
- 02Deposits hold your spot and come off your total. The basic deposit is non-refundable and includes 1 free reschedule.
- 03Cancel or move at least 72 hours before your appointment. Later than that, or a no-show, forfeits what you paid.
- 04Running more than 15 minutes late may shorten your appointment.
- 051 guest max. No pets.
- 06Come with a clean, moisturised face — no makeup, and no heavy oils or SPF that morning.
- 07Wear a button-up or zip top so nothing goes over your head after.
- 08Booking for a group? Everyone needs to be ready at their time. Late starts push the whole party.
- 09On location, I need a chair, a table and good light near a window. Travel is booked as an add-on.
Makeup care
Make it last all night.
- 01Blot, don’t wipe. Press a tissue on shine and add powder over it.
- 02Reapply your lip after eating — keep the lip colour from your kit in your bag.
- 03Take it all off before bed: an oil or balm cleanser first, then your usual face wash.
- 04Lashes come off from the outer corner, slowly. A little cleanser on a cotton pad loosens the glue.

- How should I come?
- A clean, moisturised face with no makeup, and a top that buttons or zips so nothing goes over your head after.
- How do deposits work?
- A $40 deposit holds your date and comes off your total. Wedding days hold with a bigger one.
- What do I bring to a lesson?
- The makeup you already own. You learn on your own face, with your own kit.
